●Uses a coreless motor to achieve smooth and stable running that is unique to KATO steam machines. Equipped with traction tires, can tow 3 passenger cars (PECO products) on flat sections
- Accurately reproduces the unique humorous form of the saddle tank and details such as handle rails and piping.
●Create different frontal handrails for <Princess> and <Prince>

・OO-9 gauge model with 1/76 scale, 9mm gauge
・Equipped with a coreless motor that give the engine Kato's smooth and stable running characteristics. With traction tires equipped, the locomotive is capable of pulling three PECO passenger cars on a level surface.
・Details are accurately reproduced including the unique saddle tanks, handrails and pipes.
・The front handrails are different between the “Princess” and “Prince” models.
・The minimum navigable radius is R117mm for the locomotive alone and R216mm for either locomotive pulling PECO passenger cars equipped with OO-9 Couplers.
・DCC decoders can be installed by modifying the locomotive.
・Equipped with Arnold Rapido N gauge couplers, with supplementary PECO OO-9 couplers available for models sold in Japan.
